TERMS OF SERVICE

 

REGISTRATION POLICY

• All registrations can be made with Gym With Me through a fully automated online booking system. Full payment is made through PayPal at the time of the booking transaction followed by an email confirmation, receipt of payment from PayPal and a registration summary sent to the registered email address provided with the online booking.

• Registration is on a first come, first served basis. Gym With Me reserves the right to refuse a registration and/or dismiss, without refund, a child, at any time for reasons, which, in its sole discretion, are in the best interest of Gym With Me.

• Should the online booking system be interrupted at any point parents are able to register over the phone with the Gym With Me dedicated camps team at +65 9016 4371 or via email at camps@gymwithme.com.

• Registration is not final until payment has been received in full.

 

PAYMENT

• Camp fees are paid online through the Gym With Me automated booking system. Gym With Me directs all payments through to PayPal where fees can be settled by PayPal and all major credit/debit cards securely.

• In the event that payment is not accepted via the Gym With Me payment system, camp fees can be settled by personal cheque - made payable to "Gym With Me".

• Cheque payments must be received 10 days prior to the camp session start-date.

• There will be a S$15 administrative charge for bounced or returned cheques. 

• Full payment is regarded as acceptance of the Gym With Me Camps Terms & Conditions of Service.

 

 

DISCOUNTS POLICY

• Gym With Me offers a variety of seasonal promotions and discounts for (but not limited to) parents with multiple sibling participation and multiple camp session participation.

• Only one discount can be applied to a single registration transaction. Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion unless clearly stipulated in the terms of the promotion.

• Discounts are applied at the end of the registration form prior to payment by either a reduced product rate or through the use of a promotional code.

• Promotional codes must be inputted manually to the registration form for the discount to be applied.

• Gym With Me will not issue refunds for payments made without the use of the required promotional code.

• Discounts/promotions are only applicable to the total number of registrations and amount paid in one single receipt at the time of payment.

 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Any cancellation of camp participation must be given in writing 7 or more days prior to the camp commencement date. Cancellations within this time period will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations received within 7 days of the registered camp sessions will only be eligible for a 50% refund.

• There will be NO refund for late camp arrivals, early camp departures or for any camper who withdraws after the start of the registered camp session.

• In the event, your camper should become ill, and it’s in the camper's and/or the camp's best interest for the camper to return home, there will be no refund.

• Camper withdrawal during the registered camp session due to an injury will receive a camp credit note valid for 1 year from the date of the camp session.

• The credit note is only available to campers with an injury sustained at the registered camp session. Credit notes will only be issued for injuries certified by a medical practitioner to prevent the camper from physically taking part in camp activities.

• Gym With Me reserve the right to dismiss or refuse, without refund, any camper whose conduct is detrimental to themselves, to the camp, or to other campers.

 

 

REFUND POLICY

• Camp registration fees are non-transferable and non-refundable.

• A FULL refund is only applicable to cancellations received in writing more than 7 days prior to the registered camp session start date.

• Cancellations received within these 7 days will only be eligible for a 50% refund.

• Gym With Me reserves the right to cancel or modify any programs listed on our website because of an insufficient number of participants or for any other reason beyond its control. If this rare event occurs, Gym With Me will offer clients their choice of an alternative camp week or full refund of any monies paid.

• Any refunds will be returned directly to the "payee" (credit card/PayPal account holder/cheque issuer) within 3 weeks of the final day of the registered camp session.

 

 

CAMP CLOSURE

• Gym With Me cannot be responsible for factors out of its control such as, but not limited to; weather conditions or medical events that adversely affect the camper's ability to participate in activities offered in any Gym With Me programs.

• If in Gym With Me opinion and/or the instruction of the relevant Singapore Governing Authorities, conditions are hazardous to campers and staff, activities may be curtailed or cancelled.

• Gym With Me will not be obliged to refund all or any part of the fees for any period of closure.

 

FIRST AID & MEDICAL RELEASE

• In the event of an accident/illness requiring medical attention, first-aid will be administered by the Gym With Me first aid qualified coaching staff to campers in our care. 

• The emergency services will be called if deemed necessary unless advised to the contrary by the parent/guardian.

• Gym With Me shall have full authority to take whatever action it deems necessary to safeguard the health and well-being of the camper, at the parent or guardian’s expense.

• Gym With Me will NOT take responsibility for unregistered children or adults in the gymnastics facility.

• Gym With Me will NOT be responsible for any accidents that occur before or after the registered camp session inside/outside the camp gymnastics facility.

 

 

MEDIA RELEASE

• Gym With Me coaching staff regularly use photographs and videos as training aids. It is a very effective coaching tool that allows students to track their progress and performance analyse techniques and keep parents updated on their children's progress.

• From time to time Gym With Me uses photos/videos taken in classes/camps/programs to showcase our product offering in promotion materials, brochures and on our website.

• Gym With Me is dedicated to the safeguarding of children in our programs, any media used for promotion will do so in a positive light, depicting the success programs/services offered by the company and high achievements of our students.

• Should parents/guardians not wish for Gym With Me to use media involving their children, there is the option to opt-out of the media release during registration online.

• With a granted media release GWM reserves the right to use any photographs/videos taken during camps/classes/programs on its website and in any of its future publications. 

 

 

CHILD BEHAVIOUR

• Children, while under the full supervision of Gym With Me, are expected to comply with all Gym With Me rules and regulations. 

• GWM reserves the right, during their camp, to send any child home or to his/her parents, if in the opinion of GWM, the child is incompatible with the general well-being of the camp through his/her negligence of said rules and regulations. 

• In this case, all travel costs would be the responsibility of the parent or guardian and no refund of camp fees would be considered. 

• All Gym With Me programs allows children to participate without their parents/guardians. It is the expectation that all registered children are able to interact in groups, be without their parents for an extended period of time and are potty trained.

• All Gym With Me camp and term-time programs are for children unaccompanied by parents/guardians. Parents are required to drop-off at the beginning of class and pick-up at the end.

• To promote the well-being and safety of gymnasts, coaches and all other persons, any non-participating persons are to wait outside the gymnastics facility during class/training times.

• Gym With Me reserves the right to exclude any children who do not meet these developmental prerequisites. No refund will be made for any remaining days booked, any costs associated with the exclusion, including transport home, will be the parent’s responsibility.

 

 

PARENTAL ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

• Acceptance of the Gym With Me terms and conditions indicate that you (the parent/guardian) fully appreciate and understand that participation in gymnastics activities involves motion, rotation and height in a unique environment and, as such, carries with it a reasonable assumption of risk. 

• Gym With Me and their team of fully qualified coaches (certified under British Gymnastics Accreditation Board and the Singapore NCAP accreditation) do everything in their capacity to reduced these risks, however, risk cannot be eliminated completely. In addition, you further acknowledge that the inherent risks of gymnastics participation are adequately appreciated by Gym With Me and participation is done on a strictly voluntary basis.
